Refund & Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without any damages, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To process a return, you can contact us at [email protected] and if your return is accepted, we will send you the appropriate instructions. You may opt to exchange the item or request a refund. We will refund the full order amount less the shipping costs for the return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for its replacement.
Goods that have been made to order in a specific finish or colour as per your specifications cannot be returned.
If your order is received damaged or defective, we will endeavour to repair it or a replacement will be manufactured and delivered as soon as possible. No claims whatsoever shall be entertained for a replacement for damaged or missing goods unless it is notified to the delivery personnel or directly to us at the time of delivery. The manufacturer’s warranty on faulty goods remains valid for the period it is given. In case of damage or defect, you shall only be entitled to retain a maximum 10% value of the invoice till the defect is remedied or a replacement is supplied.
